San Jose - day 1 9/25

We arrived in San Jose around noon on Friday.  The kids were great in the car, actually they slept most of the ride.  Shaun dropped us off at the hotel and he continued on to San Francisco for training on the video board screen at Giants stadium with his boss.  The kids had fun exploring the hotel (and our 12th story room - yikes!), then we went to the mall with another friend until our husbands came home.


Once Shaun got back, we went swimming!  The pool is outside on the 4th story roof.  It was right on the air traffic path so descending planes flew by every 2 minutes.  It was peaceful then loud...then peaceful then loud...then peaceful then loud.  you get the point.


We got PF Changs (chinese) take out for dinner to eat in our room...SO good.
We all went to sleep around 10pm, and then grady decided to scream for the hours of 1:30am-4am.

We love the picture with Grady peeking out from behind the curtain! It looks like you had gorgeous weather, although isn't it almost always gorgeous in California?!
