and the company was pretty perfect too!
After the easy kid hike...we took on a more serious climb.
This little snow patch tuned out to be only a minor obsticle.
After a 2 hour nap on my back, colton woke up refreshed and ready to climb a few rocks.
i don't even know how high we were...
but we ran out of water, so the men fetched us some fresh mountain sprung water.
it was a good opportunity for a little break.
we got to the first look out...yikes! i think my stomach fell down the cliff.
i kid you not, the pix of me and stacy was taken at the very top right of this waterfall.
this was the way down along side the falls. what you can't see is the mist from the falls soaking us.

one the morning we left, this was the friend we saw outside our breakfast window.
