4 Months

Maslyn is now 4 months young.  She's very alert, loves looking at mom/dad & brothers.  She's smiling and laughing, and likes to be standing or sitting upright.  Her napping schedule has started to become more routine and predictable, i'm no longer fearful in bringing her to the store with me.  She sleeps pretty well at night, waking 2-3 times.  Up until about now, we weren't able to put her down much, but she's great at sitting in the bumbo, playing in the exersaucer for a short while, and laying on her back as long as someone is playing with her.  She spends much of her time in jammies because it's SO easy, but when we're leaving the house, I do my best to dress her in something cute.  As much as I try to get great pictures of her, she only tolerates the camera for so long, so it's been a little more difficult to catch "smiling baby" shots - usually I get the the "deer in headlights" look.

We're so glad that's she's finally a happy baby!!
