Grady turns 4!

Usually we wake up our kids to the birthday song...however, this year grady beat us to it and snuck into our room!  Please excuse that hadn't even gotten out of bed!


Later that week we celebrated grady's bday .  It was pretty low key, relaxed, and grady enjoyed himself!

We tried to play a game with silly string, and while the kids had fun it was a very short game.  the silly string didn't work.  oh well.

we've been playing capture the flag in the house lately and grady loves it, so we decided to play in the yard which makes the playing field so much bigger.  the kids listened to the rules first, then took off!

we had burgers/dogs for dinner, the boys thought it would be fun to picnic on the trampoline.

then it was time for dessert.  grady wanted a ninja cake...

Grady opened a few gifts and then all the kids had a blast playing with one of his new toys.

Thanks also to all his birthday wishes and gifts from the east coast, he's been enjoying some new toys!!
