We've quietly been house hunting...and took a shot at this one. surprisingly, they accepted our offer and if all goes well, then we close in 45 days (mid november).

Looks kinda nice can't wait to see it in person! Congrats- Guess that means so long Maine! aT LEAST WE CAN VISIT!
