2011 Christmas Adventure

As a new family of 5, we wanted to keep the chaos as low as possible, so our Christmas adventure was just a short drive up to the Monterey Aquarium. (we got annual passes, so we'll be going back!) We crossed our fingers the baby would be cooperative on the 2 hour drive, and she was great both on the way up and down.  The whole time in between however...well, she didn't enjoy the aquarium as much as we hoped ;(   The boys (including shaun) on the other hand enjoyed themselves, they especially loved the giant tanks with the hammerhead sharks.  My personal favorite are the jelly's.   We grabbed sandwiches at a deli across the street, only to have pigeons on our toes trying to eat any crumbs - they were impossible to shoo  away.
