oh what a night

Yesterday Grady came down with some sort of flu bug.  he spent the evening running back and forth from the bed to the bathroom puking.  so sad. 

Combine that with a very fussy baby...yeah, it was a difficult night.

but, i was rewarded with some serious sweetness:

• after a bit of crying, i finally had some content happy time with maslyn
• colton built a few lego creations and brought them on a serving tray into the bed for grady, "here grady, i made you a lizard and a plesiosaur".
• this morning colton climbed into bed with me and grady and brought some "lovies".  "here grady, i brought you some lovies but don't throw up on them".
• i asked grady this morning if he was feeling any better, he just leaned over and kissed me on the cheek.
